My Horses

Rusty is a nine year old, 14.1 hh Morgan gelding, and is the light and love of Jennifer's life. Rusty was purchased by Oak Leaf Stables in VA at an estate sale- by the pound!
Soon after, two stubborn minds met, and realized they were destined to be lifelong partners.
To onlookers, Rusty and Jennifer seem to read each other's thoughts. They have an unspoken connection- the real life version of a woman and her soul horse.
Although Rusty is wary of most other people, he responds to Jennifer with obvious trust and respect, allowing only those she introduces to him near.
Jennifer trained Rusty herself- from the ground up- and he brings her life more joy than she imagined possible.
Rusty is pictured as a five year old, and will never, ever be for sale.

Minnie Surprise is a lovely Spotted Draft mare. She is approximately 16.2 hh, has a very elegant head, and surprisingly expressive and elastic gaits for a draft cross. Her dam is a half Belgian/ Percheron cross, and her sire is Impressive News.
